Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description: The Warehouse Coordinator manages warehouse inventory and maintains manufacturing database. Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including receipt, storage, production schedules and preparing shipments for delivery. Conducts inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manages the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.

· Maintains & distributes daily labeling production schedule and weekly packing production schedule.

· Reviews inventory levels for all bright, labeled, and raw materials that support daily production requirements.

· Manages & coordinates the purchase of raw materials.

· Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, warehouse staff, and other key plant stakeholders).

· Review opened sales orders and invoices.

· Maintain production files, sales orders, picking sheets, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.

· Perform inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database and minimize the risks of inventory issues.

· Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant departments.

· Allocate and organize storage locations according to internal requirements.

· Resolve discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received.

· Collaborates with operations and warehouse team to resolve issues.

· Demonstrates good written and verbal communication abilities.

· Works well independently and with a team.

· Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
