Outside Sales Account Executive
Looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to own and grow a key territory in West/South Texas. This is more than just a sales role ? it?s your opportunity to become a trusted advisor to upstream and midstream operators, offering advanced tech solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and transparency.
We need someone who can hunt for new opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships ? a closer with oil & gas experience and the ability to speak the language of engineers and C-suite leaders alike.
What You?ll Do:
- Drive full-cycle B2B sales of remote monitoring, automation, and analytics tech
- Prospect and close new business with upstream/midstream operators and industrial clients
- Maintain and grow key accounts ? be the hunter and the gatherer
- Deliver technical demos, proposals, and cost analysis
- Be the face of the company at site visits, field locations, and trade shows
- Keep your pipeline sharp in CRM and collaborate with cross-functional teams
What We?re Looking For:
- 7 years in B2B sales ? ideally in oil & gas or energy tech
- Bonus: experience with remote sensors, SCADA, automation, or industrial
- Strong network in the energy space and proven closing skills
- Tech-savvy, persuasive, and able to command a room
- Comfortable with 30?50% travel across the region
Territory: Midland/Odessa West/South Texas
Travel: 30?50% | Full-time | Remote within territory
