Missouri- Two 1st shifts, One 3rd shift
NW Houston - One 1st shift, one 2nd shift
South Houston - One 1st shift

Position Overview

A leading industrial manufacturing organization is seeking experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians to support high-precision machining operations across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced CNC equipment and related systems in a fast-paced production environment.

What You?ll Be Doing

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers
• Diagnose issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using tools such as vibration analysis, oil sampling, and thermal imaging
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Perform precision alignments using conventional and laser methods
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC drive systems and control systems
• Utilize CMMS systems to document work orders and maintenance activity
• Support machine uptime with a strong sense of urgency in downtime situations
• Follow all safety protocols and safe rigging practices
  
  

What We?re Looking For

• 5 years of CNC maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of CNC machine design and operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Industrial maintenance or mechanical technician background
• Experience with welding, machining, or fabrication
• Exposure to robotics systems (ABB or similar)
  
  

Equipment & Systems Exposure (Preferred)

• CNC Machines: DMG Mori, Makino, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, SNK, Blohm, and similar
• Controls: Siemens, Fanuc, Haas, Wonderware

• Multiple openings across several locations
• Shift flexibility required (day, evening, overnight)
