Associate Attorney
We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a well-established boutique firm comprised of 4 attorneys and 4 paralegals. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to grow alongside a collaborative and supportive team. You will work directly with senior attorneys on first- and third-party litigation matters, gaining exposure to all phases of litigation from case strategy through resolution.
- Handle first- and third-party litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions with confidence
- Perform legal research and strong analytical writing
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals on case strategy
- Appear in court and actively participate in litigation proceedings
- 2?6 years of litigation experience
- Demonstrated experience with first- and third-party litigation
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Extensive deposition experience (taking and defending)
- Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively
- Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
