We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Account Executive to drive new business acquisition for our Austin office. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, cold outreach, relationship development, and closing new business opportunities with companies seeking top talent solutions. They will work remotely and also meet with clients and prospects in person in the Austin area
.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person meetings
- Identify hiring needs and workforce challenges within target companies
- Build relationships with decision-makers including executives, HR leaders, office managers, and hiring managers
- Conduct client presentations and position the firm’s recruiting services
- Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Negotiate service agreements and close new business partnerships
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and business development meetings
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly sales metrics and revenue goals
Qualifications
- 1 years of outside sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales experience preferred
- Proven success in new business development and prospecting
- Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suites
