Looking for a fast-paced part-time job? Then send us your resume! We are currently looking for an upbeat energetic person to join our office team!! He or she must have the ability to multi-task effectively while exercising courtesy and tact in dealing with the staff and customers.
Job Type:
· Part-time position
· 20-26 hours per week depending on the season and work needed
· Schedule: Wed, Thurs, Friday 1pm-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, (Some Monday's when needed)
· Wages will reflect skill level and experience
Duties:
· Scheduling New pool, sauna, and spa installs
· Scheduling Service calls
· Keep customers up to date with job activity, details for scheduling, and follow-ups.
· Schedule OUPS
· Keep a calendar with scheduled delivery times and dates; update daily
· Enter job payments, some billing
· Work with others on any needed projects or general office duties
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong background in scheduling is a must!
- Must have strong phone skills and be able to deal with multiple phone lines
- Must be able to provide excellent communication to customers
- 3- 5 years’ experience required
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, POS software
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
- Must be Honest and Reliable, with a neat and clean appearance
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, detail-oriented
- Maintain a positive attitude!
