Burnett Dairy Cooperative is hiring a Production Supervisor in Wilson, WI. This night shift position runs from 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule (two days on, two days off, three days on).
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the cheese making process to ensure product quality, crew safety, and production efficiencies are being met.
Burnett Dairy Cooperative is a farmer-owned cooperative based near Wilson, Wisconsin 54027. Founded in 1896, Burnett is one of the few remaining full-service cooperatives producing cheese today.

Job Duties:
- Perform production scheduling processes
- Ensure that quality control is being properly implemented
- Learn aspects of production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
- Coordinate and plan schedules for staff
- Coach junior employees to help meet productivity goals
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- 3 years of experience in a food production/manufacturing setting
- 1 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a food production/manufacturing setting
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus but not preferred
- Forklift certification or the willingness to obtain certification
