Loaf Packer (PM Shift) – Burnett Dairy Cooperative (Grantsburg, WI)
Burnett Dairy Cooperative is hiring a Loaf Packer for our PM shift. This is a fast-paced, hands-on production role working with large blocks of cheese. If you’re dependable, work well on a team, and don’t mind physical work, this is a solid opportunity.
Shift Details:
- Schedule: 5 days/week, rotating schedule
- Hours: 4:00 PM – Done (typically 8–10 hour shifts)
Pay:
- $19.55 per hour
What You’ll Do:
- Package loaves of cheese on a rotational production line
- Set up, operate, and sanitize equipment before and after production
- Monitor product quality throughout the process
- Accurately complete production and quality records
- Rotate through different positions on the line (bagging, boxing, stacking, etc.)
- Move and handle cheese blocks, including heavy lifting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, team-driven production setting
- Combination of warm and cold environments
- Continuous movement and hands-on work throughout the shift

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Comfortable in a physically demanding role
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent and occasional lifting up to 65–70 lbs
- Standing for the entire shift
- Repetitive use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement
- Ability to handle physically demanding work consistently
