Ponds Portable Buildings in Alma, Arkansas, is looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing individual to join our team!
This is a 1099 self-employed, commission-based opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong work ethic, and wants the opportunity to earn based on their sales performance.
We're looking for someone who can assist customers, help generate new business, and oversee day-to-day lot activities when the dealer is away.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing portable buildings, sheds, cabins, and other structures.
- Help oversee the sales lot when the dealer is unavailable.
- Create and manage Facebook Marketplace listings to generate leads.
- Respond to customer messages, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers and help close sales.
- Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and presentable.
- Promote the business through social media and local marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Dependable, honest, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and social media.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to learn about our buildings and sales process.
