What are the responsibilities and job description for the JUSTICE COURT CLERK, PCT # 4 position at Burnet County, TX?
This position performs a variety of clerical duties to provide support for the Justice of the Peace for Burnet County, in accordance with office procedures. Performs independently, within department's policy and procedures, referring administrative problems to the Judge. This position requires occasional supervision of the part-time clerk, procedures for court filings and entering new cases, etc., from the Judge. This is a full time position of 40 hours a week.
