Responsible for repair and preventative maintenance on CNC machines; identifying potential issues that could interrupt machine uptime, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic components of other production equipment used within the manufacturing environment.

Responsible for repair and preventative maintenance on CNC machines; identifying potential issues that could interrupt machine uptime, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic components of other production equipment used within the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and components of various types of machine tools – CNC and conventional machines.
- Install parts and troubleshoot motors and relays.
- Record completion of work orders by documenting in detail the steps taken, parts installed, and repairs performed on all equipment.
- Performed and execute other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to follow all maintenance safety practices. Risk Analysis prior to starting the maintenance tasks and adhere to safety programs.
- One year experience in maintenance in a factory or machine shop
- Mechanical aptitude and able to lean quickly (will train)
- Good knowledge of CNC machines and electrical control systems helpful
