Position: Electrician

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and skilled Electrician for a full time position. The job’s primary responsibility is to demonstrate knowledge of electrical systems, have outstanding problem-solving skills, and perform all necessary installations, maintenance, and repairs on Residential and Commercial jobs.

Burner Electrical Service, Inc. is a family owned and operated Electrical Contractor that has been serving the Shenandoah Valley for over 80 years. As a fourth generation business we provide electrical services to Commercial, Industrial and Residential clients.

Applicant Requirements:

• At least eight (8) years of electrical field experience.
• Knowledge of current code NFPA 70.
• Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projects.
• Customer-focused, skilled in project and people management.
• Ability to manage job scheduling and job progress in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with a strong focus on quality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams and follow specifications.
• Able to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Hours:

Full-time, 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Salary:

$60k-63k with additional performance bonuses.
