Key Burn Ambassador Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Burn Ambassador plays a very integral and critical role at Burn Boot Camp. The Burn Ambassador is the first person our members see when they walk in the door and provide our clients first impression. They are responsible for working with the team to maximize the client experience and facilitating day-to-day activities. They also work with the team to maximize category sales and the growth of our member base. There is a strong focus on running the “front of house” operations and fostering the growth of community in the gym.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage BA schedule
- Hire and train BA Team
- Responsible for KPIs for leads and sales
- Responsible for understanding and adhering to our Burn Learning Portal training philosophy, core values, standards, membership rates, current promotions, team goals, the three C’s, and use Burn lingo.
- Adherence to the Blue Carpet Experience.
- Consistently deliver a warm welcome with energy that makes anyone who walks into our doors feel important and sets the tone for the camp.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with members and teammates and building a strong sense of community in the gym.
- Phone calls to book camps, follow up with trials and members.
- Provide information and engaging tours to trial members before their first camp.
- Sales of membership contracts/price presenting, burn retail/suggestive sales, and nutrition.
- Technology Comprehension (Basecamp, Mindbody, Loopspark, iPhone, Social Media)
- Reset and restock the retail wall based on direction set forth by Leadership team.
- Light cleaning duties, complete all daily tasks set forth by Member Experience Manager.
- Open and Closing of the gym.QUALIFICATIONS

Shift Hours Available:
- 5:00AM - 10:30AM (2-3 mornings per week)
- 11:45AM- 1:15PM
- 4:00PM - 7:30PM (2-3 evenings per week Monday-Thursday)
- 4:00PM - 6:30PM Friday PM Shift
- 6:30AM - 10:30AM (1 Saturday per month)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
