The Burn Ambassador is a critical role to the Burn Boot Camp team in St. George. This candidate is required to have strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate and follow through on various tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy is necessary for this role. This candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a small business growth mindset. This position interfaces with the Training team and Childwatch teams to ensure the best member experience.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding and adhering to our Burn Learning Portal training philosophy, core values, standards, membership rates, current promotions, team goals, the three C’s, and use Burn lingo.
- Adherence to the Blue Carpet Experience
- Consistently deliver a warm welcome with energy that makes anyone who walks into our doors feel important and sets the tone for the camp
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with members and team mates and building a strong sense of community in the gym
- Standard communicating through the Basecamp system for team communication and updates
- Ensure all members, trials and visitors are checked in and liability waivers are completed
- Ensure all members, trials and visitors are cleared to work out before then begin their first camp regarding health concerns or injuries.
- Provide information and engaging tours to trial members before their first camp
- Set the team up for success by communicating with trainers about first-timers, birthdays, injuries/modifications, pregnancies, etc.
- Sales of membership contracts/price presenting, burn retail/suggestive sales, and nutrition
- Basecamp responsibilities: Respond to all leadership messages, daily shift notes, understand and comprehend all to-do’s for job role, all gym communication must be added and updated within the system. Questions or concerns can be directed to Operations Manager
- Mindbody responsibilities: Updating account information, Retail and Nutrition purchases, enter and check out Focus Meetings, drop-ins, new trials and promotional entries
- Loopspark responsibilities: Burn Ambassador to-do’s, First Camp follow ups, Responding to Member/Trial text messages
- Gym iPhone responsibilities: Respond and return all phone calls and text messages each shift
- Reset and restock the retail wall based on direction set forth by Lead BA
- Handle members concerns in a professional manner and escalate issues that require additional attention to Lead BA
- Capture content for social media: stories, photos, milestones, personal records etc
- Keep the gym clean and complete all daily task set forth by Lead BA and Operations Manager
- Ensure all areas of the gym are fully stocked and ready for every camp
- Open and Closing Standards of the gym
- Show up on-time to each shift
- Trainer/BA huddles prior to camp
- Update Focus Meeting board for shift
- Technology communications completed
- Cleaning duties completed
- Lock up and check each door before leaving location
