Role Description
The Group Fitness Instructor at Burn Boot Camp will lead high-energy, 45-minute group fitness Camps, ensuring proper technique and safety while motivating members to achieve their fitness goals. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Woodbury, MN. Responsibilities include leading dynamic workouts for up to 40 members at a time, providing modifications to meet the varying needs of members, engaging with clients to foster a supportive community, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in alignment with Burn Boot Camp’s mission and vision. The trainer will also ensure the gym space is clean and organized and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Open Shifts We Are Hiring For:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (4 - 7 pm)
Rotating Staturday (6:30 am - 10:30 am) **about once a month.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction techniques
- Experience in Personal Training and knowledge of the Fitness Industry
- Strong Customer Service skills to foster relationships and build community
- Effective communication skills and the ability to motivate individuals and groups
- Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement
- Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Related certifications (e.g., Group Fitness or Personal Training certifications) are preferred
- Previous experience leading group fitness classes is highly desirable
