Job Summary:

As a Client Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address inquiries promptly
- Utilize project management skills to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
- Provide support in financial services by assisting clients with billing inquiries and payment processing
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce to track interactions and manage client accounts efficiently
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of growth
- Manage key accounts through effective account management strategies to foster long-term relationships
- Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms to assist clients in navigating our digital solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role or similar position
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally and build rapport
- Proficiency in project management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of sales techniques to support business development efforts
- Familiarity with financial services processes and terminology
- Experience using CRM systems, to manage client interactions effectively
- Demonstrated ability in account management to retain and grow client accounts
