What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Operations Manager position at Burn Boot Camp?
Our Burn Boot Camp Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in all operational aspects of running our unique and world class gym.
Burn Boot Camp is committed to improving the lives of our clients and the community through fitness coaching and nutritional counseling. We do this by providing personal training in a group setting with the top personal trainers in the US.
The Assistant Operations Manager ensures the customer experience is exceptional. She/he works alongside the Operations Manager and Head Trainer to run the gym and supervise the staff. Together, they will:
- Develop an effective marketing plan to ensure membership growth using social media and growing relationships with other businesses
- Build a team environment with the staff and members
Additionally, the Assistant Operations Manager will ensure:
- Our clients are greeted warmly and have an exceptional experience in our gym
- Our operational and sales systems are maintained and managed effectively
- Our child watch and front desk are staffed with awesome people at all time and supervise their performance
- The facility is maintained to our expected high standards.
