ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you passionate about fitness, community, and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for Front Desk Staff (also called Burn Ambassadors) to join our team!
This role is the heartbeat of the gym — responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience and supporting the daily operations of our fitness facility. Specifically, we are looking for someone with flexibility for morning (8am-11am), noon (11:30am-1:00pm) and evening (4pm-8pm) shifts a few days a week and approximately one Saturday (7am-11am) per month.
In this role, you’ll be the first impression for new members and the friendly face our community looks forward to seeing. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every member and guest
- Manage membership inquiries, sign-ups, and trial follow-ups
- Assist with membership sales and promote programs, challenges and events
- Handle phone calls, emails, and member communications professionally
- Engage daily with members via in-person interactions and online platforms
- Contribute to social media content and community engagement
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and retail displays
- Report any facility maintenance needs promptly
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive member experience
