Burn Boot Camp QC operates five locations in the Charlotte, NC area, including Belmont, Mallard Creek, Plaza Midwood, SouthPark, and Weddington. The franchise is dedicated to delivering impactful fitness experiences and cultivating a strong sense of community. Burn Boot Camp focuses on holistic wellness, combining fitness, nutrition, and support. These locations are committed to providing empowering environments where members can reach their health and fitness goals.

Burn Boot Camp SouthPark is looking for a caring and compassionate Childwatch Lead who has experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment. Typical hours for this role is 10-20 hours per week but could be more.

Accountability

·       Leadership and management of Childwatch team

·       Member Experience

·       Execution of Childwatch process 

·       Facility Management in Childwatch room

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidate is-

·       A problem solver

·       Able to identify areas to improve processes, simplify, and become more efficient

·       Highly organized 

·       Caring and compassionate

·       Patient

·       Able to remain calm in difficult situations 

·       A good communicator 

·       Able to lift 30-40 pounds 

·       Preferred to have a valid CPR and First Aid certification

·       Preferred to have experience in childcare
