We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first leader to join our team as a Member Experience Manager—the heartbeat of our community.
In this role, you’ll lead our Member Experience Specialist team, own the member journey from first interaction to long-term retention, and help create the supportive, empowering environment Burn Boot Camp is known for.
- Lead and develop a front-of-house team delivering a best-in-class member experience
- Own the sales process: lead follow-up, tours, trials, and membership conversions
- Drive member onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
- Oversee front desk operations and daily gym flow
- Create engaging social media content and manage content calendars
- Plan community events, pop-ups, and member appreciation experiences
- Build strong relationships with members and foster a positive, inclusive environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for people
- Highly organized, proactive, and energetic
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer experience preferred
- Passion for community, health, and helping others succeed
- Base Salary: $37,000 growth-based commission (based on experience)
