What You’ll Do
- Lead Workouts: Deliver challenging, pre-designed 45-minute sessions that energize and inspire members.
- Personalize Training in a Group Setting: Coach multiple clients at once while still creating individualized impact.
- Drive Results Through Focus Meetings: Hold members accountable for attendance, nutrition, and progress.
- Sell Memberships: Confidently present the value of Burn Boot Camp to prospective members and close sales that help grow the community.
- Be a Social Media Force: Post daily—including on the main business page—to showcase workouts, celebrate members, highlight wins, and promote the Burn Boot Camp lifestyle.
- Member Engagement: Build authentic connections in and out of camp to keep our community motivated.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with trainers and front desk staff to deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Facility & Cleaning Duties: Keep the gym clean, safe and organized; complete assigned cleaning tasks daily.
- Safety First: Adapt exercises for all fitness levels to ensure safe and effective workouts.
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (required) Must hold a current fitness certification from an accredited organization (NCCA Certifird) such as ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT or possess a degree in Exercise Science or relaterd field.
- 1 years of group fitness experience preferred but we will train the right person
- Strong knowledge og phyiology, form and body mechanics
- Strong social media presence and willingness to post daily on personal and business pages
- Ability to confidently sell memberships and drive community growth
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Hustle, accountability, and a growth mindset
- Multilingual English and Spanish a plus

Schedule
- Required: We’re looking for someone who can support our team with a few weeknight evening shifts each week and occasional mornings. The specific nights may vary, depending on the weekly schedule. Hours are 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and some 4:15am - 10:45am
- Rotating Saturdays 6:30 am - 10:30 am
- Rotating Holiday schedules required
- Morning availability is a plus, but not required
