Position Summary: We are seeking a Pantry Chef to join our Burmese/Southeast Asian kitchen team. This role offers the opportunity to showcase the bold, vibrant flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine through careful preparation, consistency, and attention to detail. As part of the kitchen team, you contribute directly to the guest experience by executing dishes to recipe and presentation standards. The Pantry Cook is responsible for preparing cold and low-heat dishes, sauces, and garnishes while maintaining an organized and efficient station. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role, working five (5) days per week based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and plate cold and low-heat menu items, including salads, appetizers, desserts, and garnishes, according to recipe standardsExecute dishes with attention to flavor balance, texture, and presentation reflective of Burmese and Southeast Asian cuisine.
