Position Summary: 

This role is more than a BARTENDER; it is the opportunity to be a part of a team that brings people together through food, culture, and shared experience. Through your craft and hospitality, you`ll help create a memorable and welcoming experience for every guests. 

The BARTENDER is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while preparing and serving beverages with care and precision. This role requires a strong foundation in mixology, clear communication and a genuine commitment to quality and hospitality in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Craft our delicious unique cocktails, while educating, interacting and connecting with our guests through food, beverage and culture
• Set the ambiance (music, lights, cleanliness, etc) of the bar area for an enjoyable and memorable guest experience
• Assess needs to ensure guest satisfaction and make recommendations to enhance flavor profiles with appropriate food and drink pairings
• Prep and restock inventory, garnishes and juices to ensure no shortages during the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools and equipment
• Be personable, always greet patrons, engage with a positive attitude and make an effort to remember regulars
• Be a team player, and work together with your team to foster a healthy and warm atmosphere
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Support and assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Team player positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communication and positive interpersonal skills required
• 1 year of experience as a server
• Service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Able to acquire a California Handler license, Sexual Harassment certification and RBS (alcohol) license (before or within 2 weeks of hire date)
• Bilingual is a plus
