Multimedia Production Specialist

**Position Overview** Burlington is looking to add a Multimedia Production Specialist to our dynamic Marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing the daily workflow for the advertising/marketing team for all Audio and Video projects. This includes creative project management by managing schedules, maintaining company brand standards across all projects, and demonstrating a thorough understanding of specifications for all marketing/advertising initiatives. **A Day In The Life** Manage relationships with outside vendors to produce TV, digital video, modular video, radio, in-store announcements, in-store music and in-store queuing video. Supports the creative and production processes for TV, digital video, radio, in-store advertisements, music and queuing monitor video for advertising campaigns from start to finish. Partners in the development of all creative briefs, storyboards and scheduling to ensure all deadlines are met. Partners with the marketing content team which includes cross functional collaboration supporting merchandise and brand priorities. Proof all marketing materials to ensure creative, marketing and company branding parameters are met. Distribute final creative assets to internal and external vendors for video, radio, in-store materials, and other custom marketing campaigns. **You'll Come With** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 2 years of experience in retail marketing or advertising. Experience working on set in film, TV, stage or other related production environment highly preferred Project Management & Organization skills Highly organized, detail-oriented and skilled at creating structure, processes, and plans to ensure projects are successfully completed on time. Initiative & Problem Solving capabilities A confident self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently, take ownership and proactively solve problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs as well as knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and video/sound editing tools. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with travel to the NJ corporate office four (or more) times per month. Occasional travel required for in-store and on-set video productions, which may involve overnight stays, out-of-state trips, and weekend availability. \#LI-KG2 **Come join our team.
