What You’ll Do
You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting youth in a residential setting:
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth
- Build meaningful relationships and understand each youth's treatment plan and goals
- Support daily routines, including hygiene, structure, and life skills
- Respond to emotional needs with empathy, guidance, and encouragement
- Manage crisis situations safely using trained intervention techniques
- Administer medications in accordance with protocols
- Document progress, incidents, and daily activities accurately
- Coordinate with therapists, supervisors, schools, and families
- Facilitate recreational, educational, and spiritual enrichment activities

What the Job Requires
This is an active, hands-on role:
- Ability to remain alert and respond to crises
- Physical stamina (may include lifting, running, and intervention support)
- Comfort working in dynamic environments (indoors/outdoors, varying conditions)
- Participation in CPI/CPR and safety training

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Must 21 years of age
Salary : $15 - $21
