This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and appearance of finished products while working closely with the production and quality control teams to meet customer specifications.

Job Purpose:
This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and appearance of finished products while working closely with the production and quality control teams to meet customer specifications.
Starting pay: $14.00 per hour for level 1 and up to $17.40 for level 2
Schedule: 5p-3a (10-hour shift)
Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities (this is not a complete job description):
- Work safely in a fast-paced production environment
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Comply with company processes and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine checks of finished products to ensure color quality, uniformity, and accuracy.
- Review production samples and make shade corrections as necessary to achieve desired color result.
- Create, update, and organize a comprehensive set of standard color samples
- Perform accurate and consistent color matching, ensuring that colors meet company standards
- Maintain detailed records of color formulas, color matching processes, and shade corrections. Ensure that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company standards and protocols.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot color-related issues.
Most positions require:
- Standing up to 10 hours per shift on wooden floor
- Move over an area of 300 ft. approx.
- Lifting up to 10lbs
- Bending and stooping periodically
- Walking between various departments within facility.
Safety requirements/Environment:
- Standard hearing/vision tests are given
- Personal protective equipment as job elements require
Education/Experience:
- Must have the ability to read, write and do simple math as determined by the manner in which application is completed.
- Must be able to communicate with co-workers and management
- Must be able to work assigned work schedule
- Must possess computer skills with knowledge of spreadsheets and the use of formulas.
