What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Burlington Housing Authority?
Burlington Housing Authority (BHA) is hiring a Receptionist for the main office. The Receptionist answers phones and fields questions at the front desk while providing great customer service. This position also processes office mailings and provides administrative support. This position works between 32 and 40 hours per week.
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
- Previous office experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills in a must.
- Sensitivity to the needs of the elderly, disabled, and very lowincome households is required.
