Lifeguards at the Burlington Country Club are responsible for the safety and well-being of all members and guests. Lifeguards will ensure a fun and safe environment for everyone in the Aquatics area. Lifeguards report to the Aquatics Director.
Description
- Ensure safety of pool deck
- Ensure a positive guest experience.
- All other necessary tasks deemed by Director of Aquatics
Licensing Requirements:
- American Aquatics & Safety Lifeguard Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification
Qualifications
- 1 year of lifeguard experience
- Must be 15 years of age.
- Must be able to swim 500 yards continuously during time of employment. \
- Excellent Customer Service
- Able to work effectively and safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and punctuality are essential.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
