Associate Level Therapist (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A)

Job Summary:

Burlington Counseling Center, LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Clinician to join our growing private mental health practice. The ideal candidate is an associate level therapist who is committed to working with children and adolescents, providing high-quality, client-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers the flexibility to work from home via telehealth and conduct in-person sessions at our welcoming office space.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, and/or family therapy to a diverse client population.
• Maintain a consistent caseload of around 20 clients per week (as agreed upon).
• Complete clinical documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, in a timely manner.
• Participate in weekly supervision, and occasional team meetings.
• Collaborate with other providers as needed to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain ethical and legal standards in compliance with state licensing board requirements and HIPAA.

Qualifications:

• Required Licensure: LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A (licensed in CT).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and a willingness to work with diverse populations.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Interest in working within a private practice setting and contributing to a team culture.
• Open to working in both of our locations (Burlington and Harwinton) a plus.
• Schedule requirements are a minimum of 2-3 days of after-school/evening hours and 1 weekend half day.
• 1 year post grad experience a plus and in-home or crisis experience a plus.
