Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in the Lincoln, Nebraska Metropolitan Area. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, managing budgets, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires regular interaction with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain and enhance the value of managed properties. Additional responsibilities include tenant relations, lease administration, and implementing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and rental income.
Qualifications
- Property Management skills, including budgeting, tenant relations, and lease administration
- Experience in facilities and maintenance coordination, with an understanding of repair and vendor management
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage tenant and stakeholder relationships
- Problem-solving capabilities and an ability to handle conflict resolution professionally
- Knowledge of property management software and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal property regulations
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is a plus
