This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Duties
- Clean all common areas and walkways, and maintain overall property appearance
- Walk the property daily to maintain "curb appeal" to include trash pick-up; cutting, trimming, watering greenery and flowers; and snow removal during winter
- Maintain all common areas such as fitness centers, lounges, and outdoor entertainment areas
- Oversee trash rooms, compactors, and recycling
- Follow all safety and liability guidelines (as outlined in the safety and liability manual) and report oversights to the Property Manager
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents and participate in resident functions as required by the Property Manager
- General maintenance experience required
- Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate issues, problems, ideas, concerns and information on work progress
- Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and the general public
- Ability to exercise schedule flexibility to accomplish set goals
- Experience with pool filtration systems, skimming, vacuuming, handling pool chemicals
- Familiar with OSHA standards, pool safety regulations, and property management protocols
