About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team at Cranes Meadow in Ranson, WV.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and be highly organized.
This 20 hour a week position requires availability between Monday and Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and residents
- Manage information and materials by inputting data into databases
- Set up appointments with residents and conduct follow-up calls
- Prequalify prospective residents
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Maintain filing operations and ensure a clean general appearance of the leasing office
- Attend and participate in staff meetings
- Assist with other office duties as requested
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum two-years previous general office experience preferred
- Basic math and bookkeeping skills required
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, etc.
- Able to communicate effectively with residents, employees, vendors, and the general public
- Familiar with operating office machines such as phones, fax, copier, etc.
- Must have a basic understanding of the English language
