Ice Cream Server/Cashier

As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and creating a memorable experience. ```Duties```
- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers with a smile
- Assist customers in selecting flavors and toppings
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream station
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness of products
- Upsell additional products or promotions to increase sales
- Prepare ice cream cones, sundaes, and other treats according to customer preferences
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed

```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a positive manner
- Experience working in a retail or food service environment is preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
