Full-Time | $50,000 – $55,000 annually

As part of our HR department, you will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations across our group of automotive dealerships. - Support the full-cycle recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring compliance and confidentiality
- Help with employee engagement programs and internal communications
- Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR inquiries and policy guidance
- 1–3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative support (automotive industry experience a plus but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
