POSITION: SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO: CREATIVE DIRECTOR
BURLEBO is a men’s lifestyle brand promoting adventure and providing apparel for the athlete, outdoors, and family.
OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Coordinator to own BURLEBO’s
day-to-day organic social presence. This role is all about making fun, engaging content that
captures our brand culture, connects with our community, and drives authentic growth across
platforms.
EXPERIENCE/IDEAL CANIDATE
1. 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (brand or personal
projects count).
2. Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video best practices.
3. Basic editing skills (in-app tools, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar).
4. Self-starter who has unlimited amounts of creativity and loves figuring out algorithms
5. Attention to detail
6. Passionate about social media culture and deeply familiar with current trends, memes, and viral
formats.
7. Skilled at shooting and editing engaging short-form content (primarily using a smartphone).
8. Strong writer with a knack for conversational, fun captions.
9. Highly creative but also data-driven—comfortable testing, iterating, and learning from results.
10. A natural storyteller with an eye for capturing authentic, real-life moments.
THIS HIRE IS EXPECTED TO...
1. Create, film, and edit organic daily content (primarily iPhone-based) that reflects
BURLEBO’s culture and brand voice.
2. Post consistently across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,
YouTube, etc.) while maintaining a cohesive look and tone.
3. Write sharp, engaging captions that resonate with our audience.
4. Ideate and produce social-first videos with a “viral factor,” experimenting with
storytelling, humor, and cultural moments.
5. Stay on top of social media trends and proactively test new formats, sounds, and
features to see what performs best.
6. Track and analyze content performance, identifying wins and lessons to bring into future
content.
7. Showcase BURLEBO’s behind-the-scenes culture and real community moments
through authentic storytelling.
8. Post daily stories showing an authentic behind the scenes of the brand’s story unfolding
9. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to align content with brand campaigns and
marketing initiatives.
10. Must be willing to travel some for different campaigns, hunts, shoots, and more!
