Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock to support operations.
- Analyze demand trends to prevent shortages and reduce excess inventory.
- Maintain internal tracking and planning spreadsheets.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
- Monitor confirmations, shipments, and deliveries for raw materials, supplies, and goods.
- Provide cash-flow and purchasing data to the Finance Department as requested.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with suppliers.
- Address and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Support supplier performance evaluations as needed.
- Coordinate inbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Ensure timely movement of goods and product transfers across facilities.
- Support cost-effective logistics decision-making.
- Collect and interpret supply chain data to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and dashboards reflecting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a similar operational function.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and other supply chain-related tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
