Job Overview
Burks Tractor Company, an established Ag and Construction equipment dealer, is seeking an Outside Salesman to help expand our customer base in the Caldwell, ID area. Burks Tractor is a full service dealer that represents the Case IH Agriculture and Case Construction lines, as well as Kubota, Great Plains, Land Pride and JBS.
The position is commission based with an annual guarantee and requires excellent relationship-building skills, a solid understanding of agricultural equipment, and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and grow market share.
