What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent and Management Coordinator position at Burkholder's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.?
Company Description For over 65 years, Burkholder's has been the Lehigh Valley's trusted name in heating and air conditioning. As a family-owned HVAC contractor, we've built our reputation on doing things right, from expert installations in homes and businesses to dependable repair and maintenance from our team of NATE-certified technicians. Everything we do is guided by three simple principles: do what's right, take pride in your craft, and take care of people. That shows up in the quality of our work, the way our technicians treat every home like their own, and the relationships we build with customers and each other. We're proud of what we've built, and we're just as proud of the people who help us build it.
About the Role Burkholder's is looking for a Talent & Engagement Coordinator, a people-person who thrives on variety and isn't afraid to wear a lot of hats. This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition and marketing: you'll help bring great people into the company, support them once they're here, and also be a visible, energetic presence representing Burkholder's to clients and the community.
If you're organized, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy building relationships — with new hires, existing employees, and customers alike — this is a role where that personality is an asset, not just a nice-to-have.
