Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including flooring installation, painting, drywall repairs, cleaning gutters, and general maintenance/upkeep.
- Execute residential painting projects with precision and care.
- Fabricate custom solutions for repair needs as required.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics for various systems to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
- Uphold a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance person services or related fields with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Basic electrical knowledge is essential; experience working with Ohmmeters is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to read schematics and perform basic troubleshooting on various systems.
