This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Following a training period of approximately 6-9 months, a

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be responsible for the entire AP process from receipt of invoice to final payment. In addition, you may work on a variety of other accounting processes, such as credit card reconciliations, completing credit applications, month-end close, and supporting the Accounting team. Your strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and great communication skills are key to success in this role.

- **ACCURACY (AP)**: You are detail-oriented, your invoice processing and payments to suppliers are completed with 95% accuracy in a timely manner to maximize early payment discounts.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Up to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience with demonstrated proficiency in general Accounting knowledge.
- An Associate's Degree with a focus in Accounting/Finance can substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
- Must be bondable.
