An experienced litigation firm in Irvine with excellent reputation in the legal community is seeking a Litigation Assistant to join its team. The firm represents businesses, employers, property owners, developers, and high-net-worth individuals in complex civil disputes.
The firm specializes in a range of practice areas including:
- Business and commercial litigation
- Employment defense litigation
- Corporate/partnership disputes
Litigation Assistant Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Draft and review documents
- Prepare complaints, notices, and discovery
- Forming TOCs and TOAs
- Proficient e-filing in state and federal courts
- Calendar hearings, calls, motions, discovery, and related deadlines
- Assist with trial preparation

Requirements
- 2 years of civil litigation experience as a Litigation Assistant
- Experience with state and federal court filings
- Proficiency with legal document formatting, including TOCs and TOAs
- In Person: In office 5 days a week. May work a hybrid schedule of 1 day a week at home after a 3-month probationary period.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
