We seek enthusiastic individuals to represent our brand and provide exceptional customer experiences at our Torrance Spa.Position Overview:As a Seasonal Gift Card Representative, you will be crucial in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be guests' first and last impression, making customized recommendations regarding our services and exciting holiday gift card offers. Key Responsibilities: Offer and demonstrate expert knowledge of gift card specials, spa services, membership programs and retail items to help your guests enhance their wellness journeys.Manage point-of-sale by handling credit card and cash transactions.Check-in and check-out each guest by confirming their reservation, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.Facilitate gift card sales and assist with service bookings.Sell spa products and memberships, leveraging your sales and skills.Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area at all times.Maintain guest experience standards throughout the entire holiday season.Position Requirements:Must have no scheduling restrictions between December 15th through January 11th.Front desk or customer service experience preferred.Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidaysStrong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Prior computer skills and sales experience are a plus.Ability to stand, walk for 95% of shift and lift to support cleaning and organizing retail and front desk and lounge areas.You Can Look Forward To:Comprehensive training program including a 3-day paid training program from Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 4pm in Inglewood, CA.Engaging contests, sales opportunities, and team events.Competitive compensation at $19/hour plus membership commission.Partial commute reimbursement of $0.55/mile during trainingWho You Are:You're passionate about improving the wellness of each guest.You love engaging with people.You're committed to high standards.You are passionate about attention to detail and anticipating the needs of guests.Your goal is to be part of an exceptional team of experience makers.You desire to work for a company with purpose and that serves a greater good.You're able and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings.At Burke Williams, we don't just accept differences-we celebrate it!
