Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Structural Engineer to join our Fremont, CA office in a hybrid role with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for structural analysis, design calculations, and CAD modeling, ensuring safety, integrity, and code compliance for a wide range of projects. This position requires collaboration with architects, developers, building owners, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural calculations, analysis, and design for buildings and related structures.
- Prepare and review construction documents and details using CAD and structural software.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (required).
- Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (highly desirable).
- Strong technical background in structural engineering principles.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and CAD software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
