What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Burke Scolamiero & Hurd, LLP?
A busy, well-established defense litigation firm is looking for an associate to join our Albany, NY office. We’re seeking candidates with 0–5 years of litigation experience to help with all stages of complex cases, including depositions, investigations, discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, client communication, and trial assistance. Reliable transportation is a must, as travel throughout New York State is required. Applicants should have strong writing and speaking skills, excellent time management, and be independent self-starters committed to quality work.
New attorneys will receive training to handle all phases of litigation.
