Qualifications for Position:
- Plans and performs preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and make necessary plumbing repairs
- Maintains and repairs and replaces plumbing fixtures, valves, pumps, toliets, urinals and drains
- Assists in repairing broken water lines and sewer lines
- Maintains, cuts, and threads pipe and tubing and assists in the install of piping
