Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels efficiently using CRM software and inventory control systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and a friendly demeanor throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Support dealership operations by assisting with retail sales support tasks, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while building rapport with diverse customers.
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads and sales pipelines; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are advantageous for engaging a broader customer base.
- Strong communication skills including public speaking and phone etiquette that foster trust and credibility.
