- Conduct phone or Zoom appointments
- Present coverage solutions
- Submit applications and manage follow-ups
- Access to digital and direct mail lead programs
- Training, scripts, and CRM system
- Direct mentorship from leadership
- Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
- Commission-only
- Weekly payouts
- Average producing agents earn $80K–$200K annually
- Top performers exceed $250K
