Job Summary

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Virtual Project Assistant Manager to assist with project planning, execution, and completion. The perfect candidate will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and within the defined scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into company databases and software systems accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Update, organize, and maintain electronic files and records.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
• Respond to emails and perform general administrative support tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative work preferred.
• Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
