- Maintain organized electronic records and databases.

- Process and update customer information, orders, estimates, and project records.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and operations teams as needed.
- Track and organize documents and digital files.
- Complete assigned data entry tasks within established deadlines.
- Support administrative and clerical duties when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office.
