Job Overview

Thebes USA, the U.S. office of the international advisory and consulting firm Thebes Consult, is seeking a meticulous and reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a Full-Time, work-from-home position for candidates based in the United States. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing critical data that supports our specialised legal, regulatory, investment, and compliance advisory services. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 - $40.00 USD.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and computer systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting any errors.
• Review documents for deficiencies or errors, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or escalating issues to the relevant team member.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Organise and file information to ensure it remains easily accessible for our advisory teams.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies to support our firm's compliance standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with administrative duties and data management procedures.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
